Quick service, it's on urban points and right next to Starbucks.

Bad service and don't even have half of the things on the menu.

Very bad customer service, over burdens staff. Cannot meet all customers.

Good experience.. The Ramadan package is an ideal one though. Should try it out. Probably this is one of the best branch of Papa John's Pizza out in Doha

Good service

Spacious and can accommodate many people. Instant hot pizza served. Many varieties for both veg & non-veg pizza.

Tried dine in and takeaway from this branch, the quality is good, food is always fresh and the service is fast in such a busy area. Perfect for a quick yet big lunch.

Not crowded... Good service

I had a pizza there last week, and in 2 hours I ended up in the emergency of the hospital with food poisoning. Hygiene is a big question mark in this place. Stay away from it!

I’m very very disappointed by their service. Just look at the wedges. Didn’t feel like eating. Pizza was not bad but service is so slow. They definitely need more staff. There’s only one person on the reception who takes order and the same person serves everyone which takes hours and because of which the food is always cold. Also they take ages to serve drinks and we were already finished with food when they served. I’m highly disappointed.

Currently Papa John's is having a 29 QR all you can eat special. Excellent value for the money with tasty pizza by the slice, Hawaiia, Pepperoni, Mexican, Spicy Chicken Ranch.

During the stay at Doha, we had tasty pizzas at Papa John's.

Usually very busy on Tuesdays because of the promotion but excellent service from the loyal staff. The best pizza in town.

Pizza is great as usual. However the thin crust version is a little disappointing compared to how other branches prepared them. Maybe because we're running late that time? But over-all, staff are nice and accommodating :)

Third class service.....Ordered Large one but delivered medium one after two hours......Never come back at any given time !!!!You do not deserve more comments.........Bye for ever...,.....

Papa Johns as Pizza is good but service for Dine-in in most branches is pathetic and this is one of them having pathetic service too. Either they don't have resources to serve or the staff is not equipped with basics of customer service skills.

Hot fast meal and fast service

Nice pizza though not very well ripe. Very noisy staff as if they are fighting. Cashier is the waiter, could be more friendly. I visited twice within 2 months but still the same unfriendly reception nor service. I hope that the management will do something to improve.

I went on promotion time so can't say what it is like on normal days.. Experience was poor too much delay and different style of service.. First join a que and pay.. Then join another que and follow up about the order at a different section then if you have left over.. ask for the box at same section. It is understaffed so can't blame the staff there.Edit: Staff looks stressed, they need to increase staff.

Good place to have yummy pizza. But in last few years papajohn's customer service has been degraded drastically and the main cause is overburdened staff at their food chains. We ordered split pizza but it was not split pizza, even he forgot some other side items to present us e.g. potato wedges and juice in kids menu which we ordered. This is not fault of staff as he was the only one at cash counter and receiving on phone orders and serving the tables too.

Not too busy during lunch. Simple food and taste good. Food serve quick too.

Maybe this branch isnt as good as others had few meals there, pizza were a bit rough to eat, some had strong garlic within the seasoning to the point it is over the limit, yet the service is excellent, really friendly there, and seek for the consumers care.

Next to my office. The first goto option when in mood for pizza during or after office.

It's a better outlet of Papa John's for dine out..
